Case Study

A senior manager needed to asses the talents and reorganise her heads of department who were spread across the UK. There was a need to placing people into the positions where they could best deliver the changing needs of the business areas.

The need
To design deliver an assessment workshop which would support the re-organisation decision making process and provide developmental feedback to the individual managers.

What we did
By bringing together a number of testing tools and exercises drawn from our suit of assessment, selection and development portfolio we created event that would test that attendees across several business situations and understand and probe their strengths and weaknesses.

What we achieved
A set of clear recommendations to support the planned restructuring exercise, supported by clear evidence from a range of sources. We also provided one to one feedback and coaching to the attendees which supported their transition into their new roles and increased their self awareness.
