The need

Our client was growing rapidly and sought our assistance on three fronts:

To recruit large numbers of Call Centre staff for two locations.

To design and implement a Resourcing Strategy from initial profiling through to selection techniques.

To recruit and help develop an in-house Recruitment Team able to deliver the number of recruits required using the agreed Recruitment Strategy.

What we did

We worked in partnership with HR and Line Management and compiled a candidate profile including job and person specification.

We defined The Recruitment Strategy and designed its component parts with the agreement of HR and Line Management.

We set about recruiting large numbers of staff via various attraction strategies.

 

What we achieved

We recruited the large number of Call Centre staff as the plan required.

We ensured consistency in the process, which in turn improved quality of new recruits.

We helped to establish a successful and professional in-house Recruitment Team.

We project managed the selection process from initial telephone screening through to assessment and job offer.

We assisted the Head of HR in recruiting and developing his recruitment team.
