Multiple Search and Selection
| Case Study |
Due to structural changes the London based HR Manager of this investment house found herself needing to re-establish relationships between HR and the line at the same time as managing a large number of urgent vacancies. Ideally she wanted to be able to outsource a large campaign, without releasing control of the delivery |
||
The need The investment administration campaign required 14 administrators, 2 specialists and 3 managers and the client company knew that it’s salary levels and image didn’t place it in the “premier division” of investment houses. What we did We worked through the HR manager to set up and run a campaign to recruit nearly 20 staff for the Investment Administration team, utilising advertising, search and agencies. We identified some key differentiators for the client’s organisation and used open evenings to present these benefits to potential candidates and conduct appropriate ability testing. Following the open evenings and initial screening we conducted all first phase interviewing in the client’s prestigious London offices.
|
What we achieved The recruitment was completed successfully, bringing a number of high calibre candidates into the investment industry. The relationship between the line and the HR teams was considerably strengthened. The business ’bottom line’ improved as the administration was now fully resourced. The recruitment budget and target cost per head were met. Referee – Head of HR. We are happy to supply contact details once we have spoken to our client |
