Individual Development

Case Study

After becoming a part of the Bristol and West UK lending operation the banks UK main office was experiencing high levels of change which was undermining confidence to operate effectively whilst also embracing this change.

The need
The bank was keen to help people develop confidence during times of constant change, before it had a negative affected on their performance and impressive reputation in the market place.

What we did
We ran a pilot ‘Breakthrough to Excellence’ programme for a broad range of staff and managers to enable them to change their thinking processes, grow in confidence, step outside of their old comfort zone and set effective goals. We showed them how to use visualisation techniques such as those used in professional sport

What we achieved
The pilot was so successful that the attendees advised the senior management team to attend the programme –which they did.

Key people in the bank are now able to manage their self image, self talk, self esteem and use the power of their sub-conscious to support successful change. They have replaced the natural tendencies to worry and head back to previously held comfort zones – with an ability to create personal drive and motivation to achieve their potential, grow and improve in their business and personal lives.
