The need
To recruit in excess of 70 staff in a tight market place where demand exceeds supply, at high speed including FPC qualified people, endowment claims experts along with management and training staff. |
What we did
Along with a national recruitment partner we created a project and resourcing plan to find a high volume of candidates in the Leeds area. We worked hard to fully understand our client’s business plans both immediate and for the long term and their employment brand.
We launched a number of creative initiatives to attract a sufficiently large candidate pool, designed and managed the initial assessment and selection process and oversaw the entire exercise, acting as client relationship
and supplier manager. |
Best Practice
- By working in partnership we were able to help the client to achieve their business plans.
- We established a number of creative approaches to candidate search in a tight geographic area.
- By looking outside the normal market to source people we were able to hit our targets and attract people who would be more likely to fit the client’s needs and employment brand.

We trained staff within our national partner organisation using our financial services expertise and experience to ensure that the whole team were capable of selecting high quality candidates that met our client’s brief. |
What we achieved
The programme of recruitment was completed successfully, allowing our client to launch national advertising campaigns to increase further their activity in the field of endowment complaints and claims. On the back of this they were also able to launch further, planned, financial services initiatives due to the successful launch of the new business.
We delivered to the agreed timescales and volumes and continue to act as a resourcing partner to our client. |
