The need
In November 2002 Virgin Money were looking to recruit a UK wide Relationship Management Team with previous financial services, sales experience but more importantly with the 'wow factor'. These team needed to be in place by mid January 2003.
What we did
A brief was taken from the client to fully understand their job and person specification Departments method of working and company culture
A Nationwide attraction campaign was put in place; candidates were screened with 24 hours and short listed for telephone interview. Successful candidates from telephone interviews were invited to a number of locally held selection events

A robust selection process was designed, culminating in a half-day event including interview, role-play and presentation.We completed our assignment with a project review, where our client echoed.
What we achieved
Our clients were able to make and have accepted all of the offers they made. The candidates acknowledged that all communication had been dealt with efficiently and courteously. |
