We recommend all firms conduct a review once a year with the Board of Directors. 

Insynergi is able to provide consultants to give advice appropriate to the firm size and complexity.

We can include a synopsis of any reviews within the previous 12 months, action that has been taken and whether any additional procedures need to be input or evidenced for the future. For example this would include the effectiveness of in house and outsourced compliance; any due diligence completed; responsibilities undertaken by the Directors and whether they remain competent to conduct these in line with knowledge, training and experience
