Diploma for Financial Advisers - DipFA & CeFA

(Level 4, DipFA comes into force at the end of 2012, how does this  qualification relate to CeFA?)

Now that the deadline for the new Level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA) is getting closer, many people ask whether the current qualification, the Certificate for Financial Advisers (CeFA) is still worth studying.

The answer is YES!  The DipFA qualification becomes a regulatory requirement from the 31st December 2012, prior to this if you want to provide unsupervised advice you will still need the level 3 CeFA qualification. Following the CeFA route not only enables you to spread both the cost and timeframe of achieving DipFA, but also gaining valuable work experience and income in the process.

Progressing your Qualifications

The CeFA qualification can be achieved a lot faster than the 9 month Diploma.  By attending an Insynergi 15 day intensive course the CeFA qualification can be attained in just 4/5 weeks.

This means that you will be able to start advising clients and reach Competent Adviser Status (CAS) a lot sooner.

By becoming CeFA qualified now, you may also qualify for an extended period with which to complete your DipFA studies and not be tied to the 2012 deadline.

Course Durations

We offer a 3 week intensive course covering all 4 modules of CeFA, with each week individually structured as follows:

Week 1 (5 days) - CeFA 1
Week 2 (5 days) - CeFA 2
Week 3 (5 days) - CeFA 3 and 4

Each course is fully interactive with regular testing throughout. Each delegate will be provided with supplementary documentation and mock test papers free of charge and lunch will be provided.

The fee for all 3 weeks (15 days) training is £1,149 plus VAT.

CeFA Courses can also be booked as individual weeks at £400 plus VAT, per week.
