Our Directors

Kevin Gould - Kevin has been a managing consultant since 1998 specialising in the Financial Services sector. Previous to this he was Head of Recruitment at both Prudential and Allied Dunbar. He has worked in Financial Services for over 18 years and has gained a reputation as a driver and influencer in the various management roles that he has fulfilled.

Stuart Whant - Stuart has over 20 years experience within the world of financial services working within operational business management and HR focusing on implementing change. He spent four years as Managing Director and Development Director of one of the UK's most ambitious and fastest growing charitable organisations with personal responsibility for organisational and strategic change.


Mike While - Mike has over 20 years of financial services experience and worked in a compliance consultancy role for over 12 years.  Mike has been a Senior Compliance Consultant within a global Financial Services Firm, Compliance Officer within a Mortgage Network and had been the driving force behind a successful Independent Compliance Consultancy supporting some of the largest IFA's and Mortgage Networks in the UK.

 

Our Professional Qualification Training Team

John Jones - our Head of Training has supported professional qualifications training for over 8 years and is a Financial Services Skills Council recognised trainer.  His students will often tell you that “His attention to detail and knowledge of the subject matter along with his patience are commendable”. John also lectures on CeMAP® at the City of Bristol College.

Ian Robertson - Ian is a Financial Services Professional, with over 35 years experience in the Industry. This experience includes Broker Consultancy Directorship, Direct Sales Force Management and Directorship, Training and Competence Stewardship and Leading Administration Divisions. Since becoming a full time trainer in 1995 he has a highly successful track record in supporting a wide range of industry and non-industry professionals through their qualifications. As well as delivering a wide range of programmes – receiving plaudits such as ‘The best course I have ever been on’ he also writes material on behalf of examining bodies.

 

Our Consultant Team

Sue Ramsdale (AFPC) - our Compliance Manager has over 15 years compliance experience operating in the Investment, Mortgage & Insurance Sectors, retail and wholesale.

Tony Payne (FPC, Mortgage and Lifetime Mortgage Qualified) - previous career includes roles as a Trainer and Inspector for the RAF.  He has operated within Financial Services since 1990 and as well as having strong compliance skills has significant experience within a Sales and Sales Management environment.

Roger Clayton - a Chartered Insurer, has significant experience in financial services, in particular specialising in the Commercial Insurance Market.

Bill Warren – Associate Partner

Bill is an experienced Director/Senior Manager with extensive experience in Compliance, Customer Relations, Relationship Management, Customer Services, Corporate Sales, Retail Network Operations and Sales and Sales Management. Bill has over 40 years experience in the Mortgage Industry working for Lenders, MCCB, and Compliance Director of a Mortgage & General Insurance Network and as a Director of RAMP and more recently as an Associate Partner of Insynergi (UK) Ltd. Bill is currently a Board Director of AMI (Association of Mortgage Intermediaries).

Robert Hutchinson - has spent several years in the Lloyds insurance market before becoming MD of ICM CareerCare Ltd. The extensive knowledge and experienced that he gained in the insurance market plus his outplacement and career management expertise have placed him in a strong position to lead search and selection assignments as part of our core team.

Sue McCleary- is an experienced HR professional who spends much of her time supporting resourcing, selection and assessment assignments. She has a broad experience of developing and supporting both succession planning and competency assessment frameworks. She has operated as an HR manager for several large blue chip organisations and has clear understanding of employment legal and best practice issues.

Bob Harvard - Bob enjoys supporting organisations to find practical solutions to day-to-day and strategic issues with the minimum of fuss and jargon. He helps clients to introduce and refine performance management processes and has published a book and articles on the subject. Bob has worked in a wide range of organisations as an employee and consultant.
